We strive to ensure every item meets your expectations, but we recognize that occasionally a product may not be a perfect match.

RETURNS

• Returns must be unworn with tags still attached.

• Returns must be free of smells including perfumes and smoke as well as blemishes, stains, defects, or signs the item has been worn.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• To return an order, please email violetsisle@yahoo.com

• All orders must be shipped back to our distribution center.

• Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

• Returns are eligible for original payment method.

• Final Sale items CANNOT be returned.
